It's been a week I am living at waterway village apartment. I'm strongly appreciated and admire the village. I have met a wonderful woman her name is Adriana She's very nice and respectful. She speaks Spanish and English. Even though I don't speak Spanish. She took time to help me fill up the paper work. I am strongly recommending whomever would like to live in nice village. I suggest coming to waterway village apartment. Ask for Adriana. She is very good and what she does.

This place is the worst. The office staff is really rude. It takes weeks or months to get anything fixed. We had several issues when we lived here. From leaking from the upstairs apartment. The ac almost a year of having issues before they finally replaced it. The dryer died on me twice and and it them a month a replace it both times. The dishwasher broke and i had to argue with the maintance guys that it wasn't working. Finally after chasing them for almost 3 months to fix it i got the girl in the front office to help me. I think she was the only one who actually helped and was not rude. She no longer works here and it's unfourtnate. They have so many bug issues and blame the tentants even though the problem existed before we moved in. We were robbed of our deposit and basically

I had a disappointing experience with waterway village apartments and investments limited. I applied for an apartment (Apartment 530) and was initially pleased with the process. However, after my application was approved, I was informed that the apartment was no longer available. This was extremely frustrating as I had chosen that specific unit for a reason. To make matters worse, the holding deposit ($500) I paid was declared non-refundable only after my approval letter. This critical information was not communicated during the initial application process. When I tried to discuss this issue, I was offered alternative apartments that did not meet my needs. I absolutely love this place ! I been here for a long time and I’ve never had an issue. Within the last year they have upgraded all their amenities. Office staff is very helpful and respectful.
