Altis Blue Lake Apartments

I’ve had an excellent experience living at Altis Blue Lake. One of the best parts is the lake view — it’s peaceful, beautiful, and makes the community feel very calm and upscale. Whether it’s early in the morning or in the evening, the views really add to the overall living experience. Parking is also very convenient and easy, which is something you don’t always find at apartment communities. There’s plenty of space, and everything feels safe and well organized. I also really appreciate how easy and accessible the EV chargers are — it makes owning an electric vehicle here completely stress-free. The community is extremely dog friendly, and you’ll see a lot of residents out walking their dogs, but what stands out is how clean everything is. The grounds are very well maintained, and reside

We recently toured Altis Blue Lake Apartments while searching for a new place to move into. I was very impressed with this community the staff who showed us around were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The complex feels clean, cozy, and peaceful. I was also pleasantly surprised to see they even have a car wash area on site, something I had never come across before. Overall, it left a wonderful impression!

Stopped by last week for a tour. Marleni was awesome and showed us all the 1 bed layouts since we weren’t sure which one we wanted. All the finishes and counter tops look amazing. Then amenities are awesome as well. We submitted an application as soon as we got back home and will be moving in at the end of the month!

Marteni is the best! I stopped in today to view a 2 or 3-bedroom apartment. I met with Marteni and she provided the best tour I received all day. She was very thorough and helpful. I was able to view both units and I have added my tour on YouTube should you like to watch it. I look forward to returning soon to secure my brand-new 2-bedroom apartment with a garage included. I would definitely recommend touring with Marteni. P.S. She's currently running a move-in special.

This property is so phenomenal!!! I met up with Adela She was so awesome. She answered all of our questions. She told us about all the specials and promotions they We're offering. This property somewhere you would want to call home. It literally has a resort style pool. It has a pool table inside an hour. It literally has t v's everywhere. Even in the men's bathroom. It also comes with free popcorn. And they literally had a starbucks hot chocolate and coffee station. It has a phenomenal gym and a nice little game room. Sitting area quite for studying. Small gatherings in meetings. The apartment units are beautiful nice size rooms. The Decor is amazing. Nice beautiful colors all throughout. If you decide to live here , you would literally feel like it was a vacation every day. Me and my son
