Watertown Crossings

As a resident of many years I can say this place has gone down hill . The property manager doesn’t accept accountability for her errors . She’s never available for calls, replys to emails or in person questions . What’s the point of having a leasing office with opening hours if most of the time the doors are locked while she’s in there busy yet everything is always behind . I had a rent change in April I’m still trying to resolve yet had it been worked on in April I wouldn’t have a balance because I was paying on time . She noticed in August and it still being they’re error had the nerve to charge me late fees . Then you go in there and it reeks of cigarettes. The phone is never answered no matter how many times you call . In a position where residents need to be heard and have question

IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with anyone at the leasing office. I have called a dozen times, stopped by the office 5-6 times ar various times. It's definitely "who you know" according to several people i know there. If your not truly interested in renting DONT ADVERTISE

WATERTOWN CROSSING 😳 I can’t imagine how it would be actually living here one they never answer the phone I’ve been calling for two months now I took the chance of driving out there and I’m from another state we finally seen a supervisor or manager From the office she stated they were closed it was only a little after 4pm she did say that they didn’t have anything available to keep checking back I’ve been checking back for two months now it shows on the site That they have 3-4 bedrooms available but no one ever answers the phone only the offsite operator which always takes the name down and states that they’re going to forward it to the leasing office is never ever a return call I’ve been doing this for two months and when you speak to the offsite receptionist she speeds through her repet

I have lived at Watertown Crossing for 2 years and the apartments are modern and clean. The staff Sonia and Kenny are exceptional. Any problems, questions or help I need there both quick to help and solve. Would recommend living here.

I’ve lived at Watertown Crossing for over 20 yrs and have enjoyed living in a family oriented, friendly and secure environment. It is reassuring that security precautions has been installed to provide extra safety for its residence. The property manager, Ms Sonia, the head of maintenance, Mr. Kenny and groundkeepers have been excellent responding to complaints, handling maintenance and repair issues. It is my hope that this standard of townhome living continues. I would recommend living at Watertown Crossing to anyone who wants to live in a safe and well maintained community.
