Beautiful property very friendly community..if your looking for apartment This company will assist you to the best of their ability..

Just a little fyi your current maintenance staff likes to hit on woman and ask for there numbers ”why don’t you take my number so if it goes out again you can text me” which is in appropriate. Then if It gets reported to the manager she will ban you from the property and sweep it under the rug because “I don’t control what my team does when I’m not around”. Hopefully y’all can fix apex

A mostly professional relationship, with this group, but they've been great in every way and a pleasure to work with.

We paid the security deposit and signed the lease for Knollwood Apartments in March 2020. My son was due to move in August 1, 2020. We received a phone call asking if we would be willing to push the move in date back to August 15, 2020 because they were renovating the apartment. We Kindly agreed. On August 15, 2020 my son was going to move in and he received a phone call from his roommate stating she was at the apartment and it was not ready and was a mess. I drove to Storrs to find out what going on and found the apartment was not ready and wasn't even close to being ready. There was no lock on the door, there was what appeared to be mold growing on all of ceilings throughout the apartment, the stove and refrigerator were filthy. The screen door was rusty and the decking was rotting etc.

Tim T. and Jay arrived on time clean and professional to repair my stove. The maintenance personell are always professional except the Manager Kyle he is always disrespectful and unknowledgeable every time I ask him a question he ignores me or has no answer.
