I’ve had a very bad experience here. Ive lived here for about a year now. I chose this apartment specifically because it advertised air conditioning, but when we moved in the AC was not working at all from day one. For the first 14 days of living here, we had no air conditioning despite paying full rent. In the summer also so it was 90 indoors. During that time there was little communication from management about when it would be fixed, and no compensation was offered for not having a basic feature that was advertised with the apartment. A few months later, we experienced a serious leak in our closet from the weak roof, (we live on the top floor) The ceiling had to be completely removed, cut open, replaced, and repainted. During this process, many of our belongings were soaked and damaged

The representative is very professional and patience. I enjoyed the tour of the apartments. However I decided not to rent the apartment because I see popcorns (possible cancer causing asbestos) on the ceiling and the buildings are built before 1978.

I had already vacated the apartment and cleared all dues, but I continue to receive rent payment notifications even after being informed that my account was deactivated. I hope the management can review and update their system to stop sending reminders to former tenants. Otherwise, my stay and move-out process were handled professionally, and I appreciate their support in resolving this issue quickly.

Lived next door to meth addicts Hallway spelled like piss and meth Packages were stolen Shared laundry was pretty gross Could be decent if management took care to keep weirdos from living there Toilet didn’t flush properly upon moving in and some of the outlets weren’t working. A couple weeks in discovered baby cockroaches running around when we would flip the lights on in the morning. When moving out they gave me a paper with “standard cleaning deductions” they take out of your security deposit regardless if the place is clean or not. I told that wasn’t fair nor was it legal and was ready to fight back. Cleaned the hell out of my apartment and made sure they couldn’t complain about ANYTHING Got my deposit back in full weeks late, better late than never I guess

Extremely friendly neighbors and good availability of weed and drug paraphernalia. But fire extinguishers are inaccessible and there are no smoke detectors. Many electrical hazards. Fire department records list 280 fire code violations since 2024. After the fatal 4th floor apartment fire on April 6, 2025, dozens more violations were found.
