Waterstone at North Creek

I’ve enjoyed living at this apartment complex so far. The staff is genuinely helpful and easy to work with, any time I’ve had a question or small issue, they’ve taken care of it quickly. The apartment itself is comfortable and modern, and overall it’s been a great place to call home. The only thing keeping it from being a full five stars is the trash situation. The bins can get a little chaotic at times, especially on busy days, and it would be nice if that area was managed a bit better. Not a dealbreaker by any means, just something to be aware of. Overall, solid place to live with a great team running it. Happy to recommend!

After living one year at this place, my kids and I enjoy a lot living here. From the very first moment I visited, I noticed how clean and nice it was, and I can tell what a great work the maintenance crew does to keep it that way. The management team are always kind and attentive. There's always room for improvement but in my opinion this is a very nice place to live with your family.

Wonderful Management Team! I’ve had such a great experience here. Malea (the manager) and Makayla (the receptionist) make an awesome team — they’re always friendly, responsive, and truly care about the residents. You can tell they both enjoy what they do, and it really shows in how they handle things with such a positive attitude. It makes such a difference living somewhere managed by people who love their jobs and treat everyone with kindness and respect.

Nothing but great experience with the office staff and maintenance team! The office staff is very kind, Maliah is amazing. The maintenance team is quick and responsive which we appreciate. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are friendly, we love the little community we live in!

We recently moved into the Waterstone apartments. We absolutely loved the spacious apartment options and found an apartment that we adore. The apartment is clean, bright, and updated with great features like a brick fireplace with a mirror and huge rooms. The renting process was also very pleasant and easy. The Waterstone apartments are the best apartments I’ve ever lived in!
