Waterside Village

I moved out and requested a walkthrough three separate times. Management never contacted me. Instead, they waited until after I left to walk through the apartment. I removed another star because it’s clear they do not care about properly doing their jobs. The hallways and floors are filthy. Please be cautious when parking at night. Someone attempted to remove the tires from my friend’s car — lug nuts were scattered everywhere and the tires were nearly off. There is also what appears to be a car repair operation happening at night in the back of the complex. Cars are lifted up and people are working on them near the back gate. When I left the apartment on Wednesday, I found more lug nuts near my own car. This has happened to other residents as well, but I doubt management will take action

Toured this property last year and loved it. Peaceful away from everything and Galeb was extremely helpful through the rntire process and experience., my lease is coming to an end due to relocation for my music career. But i would definitely move back in here and/ anywhere that Galeb goes. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The leasing office team is always professional and friendly, and maintenance responds quickly whenever I’ve needed help. The community is clean, safe, and has great amenities like the pool and fitness center. I also love how convenient the location is to shops and restaurants. I would absolutely recommend Waterside Village to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming place to live.

Want to live in Richmond but feel as if you live in the middle of third ward? This is the place for you. Cars on bricks, tenants fighting in the halls, police making their appearance every weekend, overcrowded “pool parties”, package thieves, something is always broken, unprofessional office staff. Front gate has been broken for months now, not that it made any difference in the amount of crime here. Change of ownership left this place in the hands of terrible management. Even for the price you pay, it’s not worth it.
