Today we visited the 45' Perry Homes in Harvest Green and we were absolutely blown away by the model home! Not only that, we learned that their standard is higher than most builders.. For instance, they pour 3,000 psi foundations and use #2 studs. Also their standard features are pretty impressive! Very spacious and Trey was an absolute pleasure to work with!
