Waterside Towers

In 1977 my family relocated to Washington DC from Memphis Tennessee. This where we lived. I have great memories of this place. My Dad passed away this past November. I was being nostalgic and remembering this place. ❤️ ❤️

Very nice place very clean. The property is kept clean. It’s safe around a lot of activity and also professional camp and no books and no mice. Loved it.

My name is Angel Gaino, this 5 stars is for Mr. Kevin, maintenance. He is phenomenal, friendly, hardworking, over achiever guy. He very polite and professional. He go above and beyond to complete the whatever task is required of him to complete. I appreciate Mr. Kevin, you can count on him having a great story when you see him. He is very dependable every-time he were on call he should up with the attitude of I going to make the tenants happy before I leave their unit. Mr. Kevin is the BEST!!!

I have lived in Waterside Towers for five years. I love living here! Maintenance is fast and good at fixing all my issues. I really appreciate Antonio in particular. He always does a great job, and my dog loves him :)

While my apartment has had several maintenance issues, the maintenance team is always very fast with their response and able to fix the issues in a timely manner. They’ve always been respectful of my space and friendly during our interactions as well. Manny and Kenny are awesome.
