Amber and Spencer are super efficient... I never have to follow up; once they are on the closing team I don't have to give it another thought. They are both so friendly and knowledgeable they make the job look easy!

We went to Waterside Title on the recommendation of a friend that is a real estate agent. We needed to do a Quit claim deed. We also wanted to update our Wills and Mr Share in an elder attorney as well, so we got everything we needed to get done in one trip. Our first visit was very informative,so many things we learned that we needed to know and Mr Share got all our information. Our second visit was to sign and finalize the paperwork. His assistant was also wonderful. I highly recommend Fred B Share as an elder and real estate attorney if you need to deal with any of these 2 things like we did.
