Santos from Waterside Apartments Services team did a very good job. He fixed multiple issues in one visit only and his work is really top class. Very experienced person and knows his work very well. Lindsey and Labront were absolutely incredible, they helped our unique situation so much, and were so fast, and communicating about everything! We were originally planning to rent at a completely separate Mark Taylor property, and had issues with moving into our unit due to the condition of it. We toured a unit here at Waterside, which was beautiful and is now our home, they were able to get everything situated extremely fast! Lindsay is the best leasing agent I’ve ever met. And Labront was so kind and stayed late so we could get our keys today. We are so grateful to have a leasing team that was genuine and willing to help.

I recently stayed at Waterside at Ocotillo in Chandler, AZ, and had a wonderful experience. The community is peaceful and beautifully maintained, with lush landscaping and a stunning man-made lake that adds a relaxing charm. The view from the apartment—both day and night—is serene and secure, with well-lit walkways and ample parking. The surroundings are quiet, and the amenities, including the pool and green spaces, are perfect for unwinding. It's located in a great neighborhood with easy access to shops and dining. I highly recommend Waterside at Ocotillo for anyone looking for comfort and scenic beauty in Chandler.

I just completed a full year living at Waterside and feel obligated to STRONGLY warn prospective residents. This ownership company absolutely prioritizes revenue over integrity and fairness toward the people who live here. When my lease renewal came up, my lock in rent rate for the year was significantly higher than the current market rate being advertised for the exact same apartment. When I questioned this, the leasing “manager” (a title I use very loosely), Lindsey Kitterman, stated that Mark-Taylor’s policy only allows them to keep rent the same or increase it, but will NEVER adjust it downward to reflect current market pricing. This policy creates a clear and intentional imbalance. Management is fully aware that renters have limited leverage; most people cannot realistically move un
