Watershed

As a Realtor who specializes in new construction, I’ve visited this community several times. I have taken buyers to tour the Pulte models, and the Craftmark model homes. Each time I’ve been impressed by the square footage, design, and features that these new builds have to offer. While my buyers ultimately chose to go in a different direction due to their own life circumstances, I would not hesitate to represent more new construction homebuyers as Pulte and Lennar are currently selling in Watershed at the time of this writing. Conveniently located between Washington DC and Baltimore, Watershed is a great new community for anyone looking to enjoy townhouse living with wonderful amenities. -Pamela @pamelap.realestate

My experience is more about the distasteful and disrespectful customer service experience at the hands of the sales agents at the property Today 09/13 at a few minutes past 5pm EST. I had narrowly missed out on the Shipley Homestead community property cause I learnt about the property too late. I recently learnt about Watershed at Laurel from a friend. However, I drove over 30 miles only to get disrespected by the most unfriendly sales agents I have ever met. Well, maybe it’s cause they have a “long waiting list” like the agent said. Guess it means theY can afford to talk disrespectfully and be indifferent about loosing my business. I left without seeing the models. I am sure the property is great but on the strength of the customer service, I am surely not looking forward to doing busi

Great turn out for the VIP opening at one of the most exciting new home developments to come to market in Anne Arundel, MD!

So far building our home with Pulte at Watershed has been great. During COVID-19 Pat was regularly communicating with us so we didn’t miss out. He never rushed us with our decision and once we decided on the community his communication throughout the process was great. We’re excited for this community!
