Water's Edge at the Woodlands

I have been living at Waters Edge for almost a year and I love it. It feels like home! The gym, clubhouse and pool are very nice. Haley is great to work with, answers questions in a timely manner and keeps the residents involved and in the know. Would highly suggest!

We love living at Water's Edge! My wife and I are newly married and moved here in August. All of our questions and concerns have been answered promptly and kindly from the very beginning of our time here. The property manager Haley has been wonderful to work with and is always quick to respond. The unit is clean, well built, and premium, and the pricing was very fair for our leasing agreement. Highly recommend joining this awesome community!

My husband and I moved here just over a month ago and absolutely love it!! Every staff member we’ve interacted with has been so kind and helpful, always quick to answer any questions we’ve had. The move-in process was smooth and stress-free, which made settling in so much easier. Additionally, the interior finishes and appliances are all brand new, and everything has been in perfect condition with no issues at all! The community feels safe and well cared for, and we’ve appreciated how clean and quiet the property is! Overall living at The Waters Edge has been great!!

This is my first place as a mom and my son and I absolutely love it! The apartments are so modern and have such a clean, aesthetic feel. It’s exactly what I wanted for our first home. Haley (the manager) is amazing and always quick to respond. If anything needs fixing, maintenance is on it right away. The gym is super nice too and has equipment most apartment gyms don’t. Couldn’t be happier living here!
