I had the pleasure of meeting with Teghan, the marketing director, and I was so impressed with TrueNorth and all that they have accomplished. Their homes are beautiful, the staff are kind, and the work they do is top tier. Great work!

It's been a little over a year and wanted to wait to write this review. We REALLY like our custom forever home that they built. Some minor hiccups along the way, but they were corrected. VirtuActive video/pictures were extremely helpful as it would be hard to get a clear picture of how the house would appear. We really liked the creativity and ideas the team provided along with Kelli's insight on designs, which was very helpful and fun. So glad she provided her guidance on how to tie it all in. Really liked the building app that was used to show costs and what we saved $ and what we can splurge $$$ on. I would recommend using True North.

Our experience with.True North has been great! Sam and Gabe have been great to work with! All of their time and expertise on our plans have been very helpful and so appreciated! We had a wonderful year building with True North. Alan and Sam did an amazing job meeting with us in the early stages. We loved Gabe and his kindness and patience. He was able to create every detail of our desires and dreams on a computer. The True North team was so organized and communicated well each day. Kelli was absolutely the best part of building our house. She was so sweet, patient, thoughtful, thorough, and talented. We could not have built a house without her. She did everything she said she would do and kept track of every detail and decision. She is amazing and so organized and dependable. Jordan did a thorough walk through before closing and created a wonderful packet of warranties and information for our reference. Dan was an outstanding foreman and will be missed. We are so
