Water's Bend Apartments

I toured these apartments. I did not end up choosing them, but I wanted to write this review specifically to share my experience with the management team. I stopped in off the street, and Chris Ryan was so patient with me. I'd never been in an rental office before, and I cannot thank Chris enough for his patience, kindness, and insight as I toured the site. It helped me to take the emotional step of looking at new places and seeking information with the friendliest customer service team.

I talked to both Chris and Angie, both were genuinely friendly and helpful. The apartment tours were great, very clean and spacious. There is a bird sanctuary , walking trails and fire pits. Some apartments can see Kings Island's Fireworks.

Water's Bend is awesome! I lived there for only a year with my wife and daughter. Angie Warren and David Copeland were incredibly welcoming and made our stay easy. Gracias!

I found a home here on short notice and it’s been a great find. Near shopping, parks, healthcare and highway. Maintenance is quick and on-site management is awesome. Neighbors always say, “Hi” and I love dogs and there’s a bunch of friendly ones here. During the summer, I sit on my balcony and watch Kings Island fireworks.

Loved living here for 6+ years. Location is amazing, apartments are beautiful and spacious, grounds are well maintained as well. Maintenance team is amazing. Never a problem with management or neighbors. Great place to live!
