Watermark Apartments

We have enjoyed living at The Watermark since we moved in last summer. It is well maintained and the management company staff are professional and very helpful. The location is absolutely perfect for Kirkland. We highly recommend this property and the property management company.

One of the BEST homes in my life. I lived Watermark for 2 years. Very convenient location, I walked to QFC, USPS, Kirkland library and swimming pool. Nice neighbors, stable and helpful staff. Maintenance service alway response super fast!! I worked at home, and alway no problem with this quite community. Plus, their price is probably the cheapest in kirkland downtown compare similar others. They are amazing!

PROS proximity to the downtown Kirkland area and the nice christmas and halloween gifts and daily treats near the office CONS ..the surrounding construction is slated to continue for the next 2-3 years and will have you awake at 6am nearly 7 days a week. If not that then the thin walls will allow you to hear EVERY move your neighbors make. Not to mention the poor maintenance of the entire building, the "new" elevator has had 75% of the lights out for the last 6 months, the garage ceiling is duct taped together, just to name a few.

I live here, and I love it. The price is a bit meh, and some units aren't good. But some are really amazing, like the one I'm in.

Easy location to get in and out of. Lots of services available within walking distance. Quiet location.
