Watermark apartments

Replying to my previous review the only way possible, where I said it was nice to stay at but they took 3/4 of the deposit. I got a reply to question my charges which i will show a screen shot of my previous review and the reply. But the fact $1200 was justified once puts me off from chasing the same people to reconsider their assesment of the costs of closing our tenancy and considers the futility and time implications of such a task. Plus they level of adjustment for it to be worth it would probably be unatainable. Please don't leave a reply unless it comes with a big check, I understood I could ask about the charges but only to have them justified and leave us equally out of pocket.

I love living here. I have been living here for a year. I feel quite safe here, I am close to three supermarkets and two gas stations. It is pretty quiet. The neighbors are friendly but mostly keep to themselves. It is close to a train track, but the train only passes twice a day and the noise it is no bother. What I mostly love about here, it’s how pet friendly it is. Love it!

Nice place to live, pool, gym and club house but PG&E is high and they take a huge chunk (3/4 taken) of your deposit on the way out, only got 1/4 of it back. We cleaned our unit before we left and still got billed $200 for that.

MSo I recently moved out and these people are thieves. I made sure I gave them no issues when living there but I cannot keep quiet on this. I paid 1600 in security deposit and was only returned 600. I have called and left messages with no response yet. They claimed we left the place in disarray, hair in cabinets, lint in the dryer vent, and the washer uncleaned among other things. I'm attaching pictures of my apartment when I left along with their receipt to "clean" the apartment, which included the carpet, after I lived there a little over two years, which isn't my responsibility. On top of that I was charged almost 300 for paint. You can see in the pictures there is no serious damage to the walls. Oh and they even charged me to replace a light bulb that was out when I lived there. These

Watermark has been the best! The managers have really gone above and beyond to make sure you feel welcome, they have been so helpful and kind. The complex is clean, quiet and peaceful, the units are lovely, and everyone has been so friendly. Definitely the best complex in town!
