I would highly recommend working with Jose Perez. Jose explained everything clearly since the beginning and made the home buying process so much easier to understand. He was there step by step along the way to answer any questions or concerns I might have. He was very knowledgeable in the area where I was searching to buy a home. He did an awesome job as a realtor and kept me informed all the time. I'm thankful I had him to help me along the whole process of buying my first home.

We had a great experience with Jose as our realtor. We met him back in 2021, we had a sit down, and he explained how the buying process would start. We took the information and we build of that. Fast forward 2023 we met back up with him and we were ready to buy. If you are wondering if you should go with Jose Perez as your realtor, YOU NEED TO. He was so patient, understanding, contributing, professional, and everything else in between. We sold my fathers house, and bought another home. Which was a really hard process for my mom and I. But Jose made us feel so comfortable, & he answered all of our questions while going in depth while answering.
