Maintenance always responds to our work orders or at least lets us know if its going to take longer to address our work order for any reason. The girls in the office are super sweet and always responsive even when they're busy with resident events.

Really bad management they all got really bad attitudes. They only give you one parking spot per unit then if there ain’t anywhere to park you have to park outside of the gate on the curb. There’s roaches everywhere not the big ones the small ones that infest. 2,000 dollars a month for a bug infested apartment with one parking spot is crazy I live in a two bedroom that’s at least 2 cars in one household there. The pool is soo small for all the apartments they got, they got a big pond right by the pool they could definitely make the pool bigger or even make some more parking spots smhhhh

Great place to live with children. Very quiet and comfortable apartment. Our dog are very happy to move there. The staf are very friendly. Thank you

If I could give no stars, I would. I have been dealing with a roach infestation in my apartment for over two months, despite repeated complaints and pest control visits. I even went into the office in person to address it, and yet the problem persists. I found dead roaches in the hallways and live roaches in my unit, including on my couch. I keep my apartment extremely clean, and pest control has confirmed it, but the infestation continues, showing this is a building-wide issue. I’ve also had to buy my own traps and sprays just to try to manage the problem. I pay over $2,000 per month to live here and expect a safe, sanitary, and habitable home — which this is absolutely not. Management has failed to address the source, and it feels like tenants’ concerns are ignored. Do not rent here if y
