Potter Homes built my dream house in Naples and I can't say enough great things about them. If I ever build again, it will only be with Potter Homes. Faith and family values, the highest level of personal care and attention to detail, timeliness, communication, flexibility, expertise....what don't they do better than any other customer builder in Florida?! They go above and beyond in every way you'd want. Building a custom home is a big deal, stressful, and expensive, but they made the process so good I kinda want to do it again!

Potter Homes built our home, and the entire experience truly felt like a partnership from day one. When we were thinking about whether to build a house on our lot on Fort Myers Beach, we had reservations, and thought we’d probably sell the lot we bought as in investment. But we decided to drive Estero Blvd and Hickory Blvd, write down every builder’s name and number that we could find, and just call them to inquire about it. We decided to call Potter Homes first because we loved the beautiful exteriors of the homes they were building. We never called another contractor after speaking with Potter Homes. We knew immediately, if we build, these were the right people. It led to more conversations and a decision to build. And our new home is beautiful, inside and out! It’s like living in a magazine! The quality and craftsmanship is exceptional, just like the other homes they had showed us. T

Working with the Potter Homes group was a blessing! We don't live in Florida and so we built a very nice beach house from many miles away! We had consistent meetings. We met with them in person every couple of months. They were always organized and kept us in the loop on progress. It was not a stressful process. They are genuinely good people. All of them!
