I have been on vacation for two months, and it felt good to drive into the property because the complex looks so good. Therefore, I am compelled to write this review. I've lived on this property for three years. Things started changing when the new management team. In two months the property has made more beautiful changes. We have a dog park! OMG! The day of my return, the breezeways were being pressure washed. The office is the first thing I see when I drive up, the curb appeal and the welcome home signs makes me smile. This property has come a long way. The pool has been remodeled and looks sexy! I want to give a big shoutout to George and Shannon from the maintenance team for their outstanding work and professionalism. Every time I’ve needed assistance, they’ve responded promptly and handled the issue with skill and care. They’re not only efficient but also incredibly respectful and friendly, making every interaction a pleasant one. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and it shows in the quality and consistency of the service they provide. Whether it's a quick fix or a more involved repair, I always feel confident knowing George and Shannon are on it. Thank you both for going above and beyond – your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed!

Omg, Monique is absolutely amazing! She’s incredibly detailed and really knows how to make you feel like it’s your home during the tour.

This place is absolutely disgusting. Strongly suggest being home/having eyes in your place when maintenance men george and shannon come in your place for safety reasons. Cockroach farm. Mold. Cockroach farm. Management is highly incompetent. Cockroach farm. Management states they can't do anything for the roaches.

Maintenance request, are handled quickly and professionally!! Everyone here is so nice.
