Waterford Market

DO NOT MOVE HERE- Falsely advertised "luxury", that is anything but. I never write reviews, but future renters deserve a warning, and should be aware of my experience. Move-in condition: - I was promised a “professionally cleaned” unit prior to move in. I arrived to filthy cabinets, spider webs on every ceiling, pest in window seals, and bathroom tub caked in grime (photos attached). I spent hours on cleaning to make the place livable. Even issued a work order to maintenance about the tub stains, Maintenance’s “fix” for the dirty tub? They painted over the dirt instead of cleaning it. Ongoing issues (still happening daily): - Every time the AC turns on, huge clouds of dust and lint blow out of the vents and coat the entire apartment. I vacuum and dust constantly just to breathe. The management team helped make the move seamless, they are very helpful in every way. Ms. Barbara Fields from the time we met her to the time we moved in she helped in every way possible. The neighborhood here is very quiet, if you do have an issue the management team is prompt and it is resolved quickly. Ms. Barbara is a true gem and as is the rest of the team here. I can honestly say that moving from a different state to a whole new city she truly has made this transition exceptional in every way for myself and my family.

We had such a wonderful experience touring this community. Our tour guide, Barbara, was incredibly kind, welcoming, and patient. She took her time showing us everything — from the apartment layouts to the amenities — and answered every question with so much knowledge and care. Her professionalism and warmth really stood out and made the whole visit feel comfortable and enjoyable. We left the tour feeling fully informed and even more excited about the community. We truly appreciate the time and effort she put into making our visit such a great experience. Thank you again for being so kind and helpful!

I want to thank the leasing team at Waterford for their professionalism from move-in to move out. Jessica, Mason, and Barbara were quick to address concerns and try to solve issues that arose. Their warmth made it clear that they didn’t just respond—they handled things with care and took pride in supporting residents. Candelario and Miguel, the maintenance duo, were also great. They responded to requests quickly, worked efficiently, and remained professional, making the experience at Waterford great.

11/29/24-Barbara was very friendly and informative when we first arrived to tour the apartment complex. She was accommodating and made the process smooth. Barbara responded promptly to our emails. Mason was easy going and friendly on our move-in day. Looking forward to our stay at Waterford Market. I'll be adding pictures/videos soon and will be updating the review in 6 months.
