Waterford Manor Apartment Homes

Right now my apartment is flooded downstairs, for the fifth time, due to the rain. I have filled three buckets mopping up. I contacted the leasing office when they were open and was told they would send someone today. Now it’s 11 p.m. and more water is coming in. I called the after hours line at 10 p.m. but still no response. I have let the new property owners (4015 Apartments) know about this issue previously and every time they have done nothing. I would not do business here. 2 weeks later same problem. 7th time having water flooding into my apartment. Many continual issues that are not being addressed. I have continually called after hour maintenance (1.5 hours ago) and still no response/ call back). Again, I would not do business here.

These apartments are REDICILOUS. My best friend lives here and she complains almost everyday. If you are use to living in the projects then you will be ok. They let any and everybody up in there, junkies walk around smoking all kinds of drugs and on your patio to. Also it is too many people (mostly guys) that hang out and loiter everynight and people let their kids run wild. Just drive thru on any night with a decent temperature to view the property first . The dumpster is ALWAYS overflowed and trash is all over the place. And don't be surprised when you see furniture laid out also. Waterbugs and roaches are a mess, no matter how clean you are and how much of your OWN money you spend on chemicals, and the so called exterminator comes a do a lil spritz-spritz and that's it. We were sorry to learn of an accident that occurred in one of the breezeways at Waterford Manor after hours. Once the community manager was made aware of the incident, she notified the glass company to make the needed repairs to the broken window. A repair was made where sheetrock was replaced and painted, and we had a flooring contractor remove the flooring, had the concrete cleaned, and had new flooring installed. RENTERS BEWARE THE office staff are predatory. They will lie to you about any and everything, seriously if you're from out of town don't apply you will end up waiting for weeks while the office head Sandy will lie about your move in date. The corporate office number is out of service, so she feels she can be as nasty as she wants to people. No reimbursement for storage fees, hotel cost or anything when they're clearly at fault. Dont believe any fake post after this one you've been warned.

This place is now forty15 apartments. I just moved is march 7th n upon move in i had roaches i have requested pest control every week since then n they only came once. My fridge is broken my water heater is under my counter with a piece of plywood covering it. I know you looking here because your credit is low and so are funds but these are my living conditions
