Lived here 3 years. Office managers, caretakers are awesome. Hallways always kept up. My 7 year old loves it and so do we!

I lived here more than three years, I love here, the apparent Manege doing good job, she really nice for anyone, now I move another’s places, I just want say thanks for your kind.

My partner and I have been living here for over 5 years, several years in the apartments and now the last 3 years in a townhome. We’ve had no bad experiences with staff, it’s a very small group of staff members as well to I do feel they care and are flexible with residents. The maintenance guys are always available to help and super nice. Living in the townhomes was such a nice change from the apartment building and if you can afford them, they’re very nice for the cost compared to townhomes in other areas. The only reason I’m giving a 4 star is because of the townhomes and apartment building in general being pretty old and out dated; as well as the noise from the highway which is almost 50 ft from the complex. My husband and I have been living here for almost a year and we have loved it here! We have only interacted with the new office staff and they are friendly and approachable. We live in the townhomes and the neighbors are all wonderful. The outdoor pool is nice during the summer, and having a garage has been so convenient. We plan to stay here until we are able to purchase our first home. I would highly recommend the townhomes if you’re looking for somewhere to rent. They are affordable and very nice.

I absolutely love living here! The only downfall is the parking permit situation (when you have visitors there is a limited amount of spots for them and if there is not a spot available they need a parking permit). It takes a bit of planning ahead of time if you're going to have people over but on the flip side I've never NOT had a place to park because of these rules. The office staff is great, it's kept very clean and you can't beat an outdoor pool in the summer!
