Clark Place Apartments & Townhomes

I lived at Clark Place Townhomes for 2 years and the first year - year and a half was pretty decent. Minor issues like a typically place. Outside was pretty trashy all the times especially the park where I rarely had my daughter play at. I was on a corner unit so behind my garage ALWAYS over flowed due to rain because the outside drain was so backed up. I made them aware and nothing was done. From Jan. 2024 to when I moved out October 2024 were TERRIBLE. I had sooo much mice in my townhome. My garage was infested with mice and droppings, my closet etc. I would get like 4-6 mice a WEEK, a freaking week. Office wouldn't do much besides basic traps. I'm pretty sure the reviews that are good have been asked to do so. I've been here a year and a half. There are cockroach infestations, no working washer or dryers, the secured entry is always broken, continuous car vandalism, the water that comes from the faucets are pure metal debris. They will not fix anything because they "don't want to out the money into it". My tub is disgusting and has black mold that I continuously have to clean with bleach. My stove doesn't work, the garbage is always over flowed into the parking lot. People fight and there are always cops here for domestics. Children under the age of 10 roam around without parents. I live at Clark Place Apartment formerly known as Kaposia Terrace (town home) for 20 years. I raised my kids there. I enjoy my townhome and never had any concerns. Although I rent I feel like I own because of all the amenities. I love the floor plan and the neighborhood. Doing my stay at Clark Place apts there were many many managers. Julia is very hands on and understands that each tenants are different. Julia Is very knowledgeable of position. I’m proud to call Clark Place Apartments home.

Maintaince called me right away it was xcel energy problem not Clark Place

Very rude company isn’t fair when it comes to background and rental history even if one meets requirements also discriminates against people and is very unprofessional when dealing with clients. Also they turn you down without even trying to be understanding overall heartless company!
