I want to take the time and thank Desiree Mariah and the whole team in the front office for making the experience, not only myself as a caregiver but for my grandfather for Jose Murillo, whom wanted to live close to his grandchildren. These girls worked so hard to get everything done for him to move in during the time frame requested. They delivered and amazing transition. I feel safe knowing he’s good here. I’ve had family that lived here for years. I know this was a great place for him. Again thank you so much for all your help and support throughout this process.

I loved working with Mariah!! She’s very diligent and always ready and willing to help. She made the whole experience much less stressful than any other application or move I have done. She goes above and beyond and it truly appreciate it. Waterford East Apartments is lucky to have her and we are lucky to have worked with her. I recommend her 100%. Thank you Mariah! Extremely frustrating and disappointing process of just TRYING to live here. After spending $180 on non refundable application fees and $350 refundable holding fee, we were denied due to our income being too high (despite this being a miscalculation of our income). We were told file a dispute, just to be told they would not consider changing the status or looking at the entire years worth of paystubs we sent for clarification, because they have to make sure the process is consistent. All of this happened over 2 months ago. For the past 2 months we have been trying to reach the office regarding our refund for the holding fee only to deal with calls never being picked up or returned, being sent to multiple different departments, different numbers, different email, and always told something d

This place is a complete joke. My car was towed from a guest parking spot—yes, GUEST PARKING—just because it was backed in. Not illegally parked, not blocking anything, not in anyone’s way. Just facing the “wrong” direction. There were no visible signs saying backing in wasn’t allowed. No warning. Just straight to towing. What kind of scam operation is this? Are they that desperate to make money off unsuspecting guests? It’s shady, it’s petty, and it says a lot about how this place is managed. If you’re thinking about living here or inviting anyone over, think twice—unless you enjoy dealing with overpriced tow companies and management that clearly doesn’t care about fairness or common sense.

The place is nice but be careful when you move out they will do everything for charging you anything and not pay you back the deposit.
