I was going to look for a house here, and I'm glad I read the reviews. I would never want to live in a place with a cat-hating manager. I would never want to live in a moldy, bug-infested apartment.

It's St Patrick's Day at 8:00 in the morning, so why is there an army of masks men leaf blowing outside the window? There needs to be a law banned this practice at all times and all places. It destroys the environment, for what? FOR WHAT? And the lazy men just walk around in circles to kill time to pad their timecards. If this isn't "disturbing the peace" I don't know what is. For 30 minutes I couldn't hear my self think.

People who want to come and rent an apartment in this place should think twice, the apartments are moldy and do nothing to solve the problem. They are quick to take your money but when it comes to resolving a situation in the apartment, they ignore you. My son hasn't even been living in his apartment for two months and both closets are moldy, the heating did not work well, only the living room gets hot, and the two rooms are super cold, the water gets in through the bathroom window and the wall on the bathroom is moldy. I am going to refuel all of this to the Health Department in Cherry Hill. I live here and my apartment and my neighbor's apartment, which are together, also have mold.

I will be posting a very detailed description this weekend but I just wanted to warn anyone that is like me and tight on money that is thinking about choosing these apartments. Save yourself and go somewhere else. they made me wait 2 weeks which wasn't a big deal because they supposedly had to clean it made me sign a paper saying that I was getting new carpets. They blatantly lied on that paper as I will show you pictures of the very used carpets. The same carpets also now have paint spots on them from the shotty paint job I don't know what is wrong with maintenance but they are terrible.
