Really comfortable stay overall. The room was quiet, well organized, and had a cozy feel that made it easy to relax after a long day. The kitchenette was practical and added extra convenience. Everything was clean, check-in was simple, and the staff was courteous and responsive. The area felt safe and it was easy to find nearby places to eat and shop. Solid choice for anyone looking for a hassle-free stay with good comfort and value. I’d stay again without hesitation.

Don’t live here, it’s not worth it. I don’t live here anymore but want to let people considering living here know to not move here. In April the tenant above me had a leak in their bathroom, which ended up leaking down below into my shower. The ceiling above where the shower is was full of water. When I called the emergency maintenance number, the maintenance person came into the bathroom, cut a giant hole into the ceiling and let the water out. He left ceiling debris and water everywhere in the bathroom and tub. I was 8 months pregnant at the time and forced to clean it up while my husband was at work because the maintenance man left and didn’t come back until the next day. I've been living at Waterford Bay for 8 months, and I honestly couldn't be happier. The apartment itself is clean, modern, and well-maintained—with everything working just the way it should. The community is diverse, and the amenities like pool is absolutely beautiful and well maintained by Bryan! But the real standout here is the handsome property manager - Bryan. Bryan is absolutely fantastic—super responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about the residents. Any time I’ve had a question or needed help with something, he has handled it quickly and with a great attitude. It’s rare to find someone who’s both efficient and friendly, but Brian can manage to be both every single time. This apartment complex has made my leasing and move in experience super easy. Brian has been very friendly and welcoming and made me feel at ease with all the of questions I had prior to moving in. I love how clean the gym and the pool is. Management is awesome and super easy to get ahold of. Thank you Waterford Bay for giving me the best first time experience.

I NEVER leave reviews, but my experience at this apartment complex has been so profoundly negative that it still significantly contributes to my anxiety and emotional distress, even months after moving out. I would like to preface this review by stating that what follows represents only a portion of the EXTENSIVE issues I endured. Paying nearly $2100 for a 1 bed/1bath (with $10 dedicated monthly for “pest control” I NEVER SAW) for such substandard living conditions and management is utterly unacceptable and truly ludicrous. The only positive compliment I can give to this place was that I was fortunate enough to have a roof over my head. A primary source of torment was the persistent pest problem, including a RAT INFESTATION that took over a month to address, leading to countless destroyed
