I have been working with Elite property for over a year they manage couple of my property. And I can say they are much different from the competition. They put you first in their mind and work on making sure your property looks and runs as great as it looks. My tenants have been very happy with how everything been and I’ve been as well. We have worked with a number of property management companies over the years and Elite Property management of Boca Ration, FL is one of the best. We hired them in May 2021 because they have competitive fees and were willing to avoid the usual rental commissions by using social media to find our tenants, saving us over a thousand dollars. They are extremely responsive to us and to our tenant (even on weekends and evenings) and continue to be value oriented in all our dealings. We are very happy with their work and strongly recommend them.
