Waterfall Hills at Canton Apartments

We've lived at Waterfall Hils for over twelve years and can only say that most of those years were fine. There have been a few problems with upstairs neighbors ( excessive noise) who lived above us but you can't beat the mainentence services at our complex Problems are addressed prompltly. It is fantastic, especially Martin who is the head maintenance person. Good snow removal is number one in my mind. Things are taken care of in your units in a very timely manor. Waterfall hills is not built around community. They can host all the events they want, and the warmth will still be missing. Not only do you have to pay an extra $300 for the “amenities” but you also have to pay them to use the larger washer and dryer. Oh, and if your card runs out of money, you have to wait for the office to open in order to reload it. They do not care about the state of our country right now and the thousands losing their jobs and trying g to make ends meet. They do not honor the laws around renting and will not wait until the 15th of the month until they start bombarding you with threats of eviction. Living at Waterfall Hills has been a truly enjoyable experience. The office staff is outstanding—always professional, courteous, and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The maintenance team is equally impressive: every request was handled promptly, with professionalism and care, and they always left the space clean and tidy. It’s clear that both teams take pride in what they do. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a well-managed, comfortable place to call home.

Having lived at Waterfall Hills for more than 17 years, one thing has remained a constant: The property manager and her maintenance staff have always been responsive and professional when I have needed assistance from the office. Whether I have a question regarding my rent or the property, or the rare times I have a maintenance issue in my apartment, their response time is speedy and courteous. Moreover, they well-maintain this beautiful "property in the woods."
