Prynne Hills Apartments

I moved into Prynne Hills in Oct 2023. While the initial appearance seemed great during the visit, the reality was less than ideal. I moved into an apartment that was not ready at all, and it was at least two weeks before I had a fully functioning unit which included having a working washing machine, a working dishwasher, blinds installed and a working microwave. The complex is extremely dark due to nearly half of the lights not working and in need of placement. Many of us residents have put in requests related to this. Yet these concerns have gone unheard and are yet to be repaired. Not only is this a safety concern it’s also an extreme liability if somebody were to be injured. I am coming up on my 1-year anniversary here. I really enjoy living here. I am so used to the hustle and bustle of the city that coming out here was definitely a change for me and took some getting used to. Now that I really settled in in gotten used to my new surroundings I'm excited to see what this second year brings. I'm definitely looking forward to the summer and taking more time to enjoy the on-site pool with other residents.

Smooth Move-In & Great Support at Prynne Hills I recently moved into Prynne Hills and had a great experience from start to finish. James and Amari from the management team were incredibly helpful, professional, and welcoming throughout the entire process. They made moving in easy and stress-free. There were a few minor maintenance issues when I first moved in, but the staff addressed them quickly and efficiently. I really appreciated how responsive and proactive the team was in making sure everything was taken care of in a timely manner. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the community is peaceful and well-maintained. Overall, I’m very happy with my decision to move here. Big thanks again to James, Amari, and the entire team!

Now that I no longer live at this good for nothing place DO NOT EVER GET APARTMENT here they’re horrible they are the worse as long as Kenneth is manager don’t rent !! They are infested with mice they call the people to come look at the mice nothing gets done mice is in every place if you don’t want a place with mice don’t not move to prynne hills and the leasing office will do nothing about it especially Ken !!! The other negative reviews are absolutely right he will evict you for anything even if your rent is paid he only cares about the CLUB HOUSE not your safety or mice !!!!

I would not recommend this property. They frequently charge for fees that were never disclosed, and the clubhouse hours are constantly changing. Management is unhelpful—they often don’t answer the phone, and I had to visit the office in person to resolve issues. There is no reliable service in the Canton area, and some residents leave trash everywhere and even steal packages. On top of that, noise can be an issue; I experienced loud banging on the ceiling around 7:00 PM because of my child playing like a normal kid. I’m grateful I moved out, as my experience here was very frustrating.
