Waterbrook

Horrible attitudes and lots of damage to good relationships and good tenants coming from corporate management. Would not do business with VRP if I knew then what I know now. VRP ought to be ashamed of the district mgr.

I enjoyed living in the Waterbrook apartments. The staff at the Waterbrook apartments were friendly and caring, I hope they keep up the good work! The Waterbrook apartments are conveniently located to shopping and some peoples pet's needs even a pet vet where I was able to put a few photos under their pet clients section...The few good friends thanks to my religion I had when living in the apartments made it that much more enjoyable and encouraged me to have a good time. Unsupervised kids running around throwing rocks at people's vehicles. Lots of suspicious characters hanging around here late at night. Tenants regularly dump trash and discard shopping carts in dumpster of adjacent apartment complex. Lots of vehicle break ins in this area (per LPD officer patrolling area one night). Came out one morning to a torched car next to one of their garages. Also, the kids running around screaming at 9 PM at night with no parents around is pretty annoying as well. Kids coming to adjacent complex to pull fire alarms and shoot "gel blasters" at apartment buildings. Large loud parties. STAY AWAY. They pushed our move in date for pest control and cleaning, we arrived and signed our lease & went into what we thought was our future home. We were welcomed with cockroaches, and a DISGUSTING unit. I have so many pictures of the unit we were supposed to live in. The office was cooperative & did give us our first rent check, as we canceled the lease the same day. I do appreciate the office people as they were also nice, however incredibly disappointed and disgusted with the apartment unit they put us in.

Everyone is very nice and easy to work with and answers questions with knowledge and has experience to get things done. Thank you - Don't be fooled by the hole in the ground behind the office area as the pool hasn't been functioning since last year at this time . The pool would be great when its hot outside but I don't see it ever having water in it.
