Quiet complex very helpful and friendly front office services, extremely beautiful and cleanly renovated units

We had major administrative issues living here that I primarily blame on the management company, Hawthorne, and the rough transition from Delview to Hawthorne: 1: saw our rent increased 10 percent with less than two weeks notice 2: saw our water bill doubled when our lease specifically said it would be $20 a month (likely related to the NUMEROUS repairs they have not made & the leaks + regular water shut offs) 3: where ABSOLUTELY EVERY ISSUE required an IN PERSON visit because no one answers phones & because for a long time the number on their website was only to the leasing agents at Hawthorne, rather than our complex 5: RAT infestations that resulted in people having to kill the rats themselves because exterminators never came 6: installing new things then never doing the upkeep on them

I’m am happy with the care here especially any maintenance needed. They are efficient in addressing any issues.

I’ve lived at Water Oak for 3 months now, and one of the standout features has been the outstanding maintenance team. Every time I’ve submitted a request, the technicians are always friendly, respectful and thorough; taking the time to ensure everything is working perfectly before they leave.

Very clean . Maintenance request was done in a timely manner . I received a “ welcome home “ gift Wich was ride pods my first week there along with a sweet welcome flyer , they serve breakfast from time to time & overall love staying here so far .
