High River

I’ve been living at High River for over 2 years and haven’t had to submit a work order the entire time I’ve lived here until last week. When my A/C went out, I contacted the office and they immediately sent someone to fix the problem. It’s great living at a place that cares about your quality of life as a resident. Moved cross-country from the Midwest for work and felt right at home at High River. Sherrynthia & Emily have been integral in my transition to the South, have been very communicative and supportive with any maintenance issues and getting settled in general. This is truly becoming my home-away-from-home! The amenities are fantastic, and we truly are a community here. I've met more of my neighbors in the first 2 weeks here than I did the past 2 years in my previous state where I lived in an apartment complex. Highly recommend living here if youre looking for something centrally located and a supportive community.
