Washington Village Apartments

I lived here for 5 years and it was terrible. Management doesn’t care and are rarely in the office. You will be waiting on maintenance if they come at all. The parking is horrible I had my car hit in a hit and run just before we moved out. Behind the building is nothing but potholes. I have also had my car towed when it had 2 parking decals on it. I have had an alive bird stuck in my wall they refused to get out until it died in the wall. They made me go about 9 months before they replaced the refrigerator even when they knew it needed to be replaced. I had a hole in the lining in the bathtub that needed to be patched it took a year and I wasn’t able to use it that whole time. And to top it off my master closet had mold that kept coming back because of a leak in the apartment above they

I lived here for a year and let me just say it was a horrible horrible experience. Please do not move here management here is very unprofessional and they don’t care about their tenants. From the time I moved in I had a track record of the noise above me and it became a constant issue. My complaints were ignored and as a result I was told I couldn’t renew my lease. Of course a specific reason was not given but I’m sure it was because of my constant complaints regarding the noise above me. Furthermore, let’s talk about the upkeep of the property. The leasing manager could careless of how the appearance of the property looks. It would go weeks without cutting the grass to where you’re nearly jumping over weeds in order to access your home. I filled out an application for one of the apartments here over a week ago and still haven’t heard back. I’m beginning to think it was a scam.
