I had a wonderful experience with my leasing agent Ms Takeia Johnson while moving into the neighborhood. She was welcoming, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. From answering questions to helping me feel comfortable and informed about the area, ms Johnson went above and beyond. Building 49 is a whole mess. I came to stay with my family for a few days and baby… it’s straight chaos in here. It’s like 8 or 9 youngins camped out in the building every single day hotboxing the whole building. You can’t even walk through without feeling like you stepped into a smoke session. Elders and kids literally gotta walk through clouds like it’s a music video. They loud ALL day. I’m talking yelling, fighting, arguing, cussing from around noon to 11 at night like clockwork. No respect, no chill. And don’t even get me started on the hallways lights busted, trash everywhere, smelling crazy. Management needs to step up immediately because this is ridiculous and nasty.

Was a resident of building 2661, every time I had a question Omar was there to help. As the Resident Service Coordinator, I loved how he made sure all of our needs were met. He was super great at notifying us when contractors are coming. Very professional, and just so helpful. THANK YOU OMAR
