Washington Promenade

Washington Promenade has been a pleasant and quiet place to live. So far, the living experience has been great! Charles, the property manager, has been absolutely wonderful and Jason our superintendent is the best! We thank them for all they do and Samuel too!

I lived in this apartment for over a year and only moved out due to a job change. I really enjoyed my time here and had a wonderful experience overall. Charles (property manager) was especially amazing—always responsive and ready to help whenever needed.

We just moved out of the Washington Promenade after two years of living there because we bought a house, and it was bittersweet leaving! Living here was so easy. People were friendly, the staff were incredibly responsive, and we had respectful neighbors. We were on the first floor and would occasionally hear footsteps, furniture, or the toilet flushing from upstairs but it was never a nuisance. It’s also in a suburban area with lots of quiet side streets to walk. We loved that we had full usage of the pool, gym, and free parking without any fees — just rent. If a house wasn’t on our wishlist, we would have stayed at the Washington Promenade for a while. Highly recommend!

We have been very fortunate to find our new home in our beautiful apartment at Washington Promenade, and the experience has exceeded all expectations. Charles was very helpful during the application and has made us feel welcome since we have been living here. Everything is clean, modern, and the property is attractive and well maintained.
