I’m really disappointed in the way Peter handled a conversation over the phone about an inquiry I made for a 1BR. He asked who would be living in the apartment and I replied “me and my wife”. He replied “okay….i hope you only have 1 vehicle cause I have an issue with another space.” I told him, no we have 2 vehicles. Then there was at LEAST 10 seconds of complete silence until he literally said “then I can’t help you…” I was like um okay??? It was so weird! So basically theres only 1 space? For 2 people?! So do you not rent out to couples who are looking to rent a 1br? Such a bizarre phone call and honestly so rude of him to literally tell me “I can’t help you” like okay then.
Merritt Gardens apartment is the nicest apartment I have ever lived in! The property manager Peter is wonderful!!! He is always kind, helpful and quick to fix things.
