May have roaches managementnow will take care of, May have families, might have a back yard kids can play in, May have kids running, Screaming being kids ya know cause that what they do. It's diverse people that live here. The manager is amazing! Carataker is nice and friendly.

I lived here for 5 months and had to terminate my lease early because of the cockroach infestation. I had to throw out multiple dishes because I would find dead cockroach’s on them. Management would do nothing for this except say he would send someone to treat the apartment. I had my apartment treated 4 times and still saw the same amount of cockroaches if not more after each time. Save your money and rent somewhere else.

Neighbors were always talking loudly in the hallways in the middle of the night. I put in a maintenance request twice for two different problems, and both times it took a whole month for them to come in to fix it. One of those requests was due to a cockroach infestation. Most of the residents don't know how to properly park their car and ended up scratching my car. Cheap rent but not worth it.

It’s a great little community. Everyone is very kind, mindful and even thoughtful. Nice place for kids, it’s family oriented and right off the trial.

Glad I Moved Out ! Management Was Unprofessional And Rude. They Never Answer Your Call If You Want Something Done You Have To Wait For Months! You Want To Rent Go Somewhere Else NOT Washington Apartments !!!
