I work in a business that uses the parking lot. I came to work in a new car with new car paper plates because I unexpectedly had to replace my car over the weekend. (I didn’t have my parking tag for this lot with me… It was in a box of items that need to be put in my new car .) I walked out to the parking lot after nine hours at work to discover that my car had been towed. This is where I work. I clearly have new tags on my car. No one at this establishment could give me the benefit of the doubt. This is the kind of people you’re dealing with at this establishment.

Extremely poor customer service. False information provided, appointments times not kept, apartments leased behind your back. Watch out, don't have your hat on this place. Leasing agent provides information that is not true and engage in endless back and forth emails after you confirm your needs about how what is sent isn't actually available. It's a total waste of time.

Rented here from November 2020-June 2022. Very modern and updated and loved living here especially being walking distance to downtown Keene and being a quiet place to live! Only downside is the parking situation and one car/unit and with the spaces for parking being so small and tiny.

Management team is on top of everything. I appreciate all they have done for us, they made our move in easy and have taken care of any issues we have had. A very positive experience for my wife and I. We highly reccomend this complex.

The staff is super professional and glad to help with any questions or problems you may have. If you want a quiet place that keeps on top of things this is the place for you.
