Princeton at Mill Pond

Quick and easy move in. Fair pricing to market. Especially the covered parking! HUGE in the winter. Just moved in Nov. 1st, leasing staff was very nice. The best part… I got cookies in my fridge!!!!

I applied to a Princeton property because I genuinely needed to provide a good quality living space for my girlfriend who has a disability, my credit is more than adequate and we are PERFECTLY capable of paying our rent, she has also gained significant ground on her credit despite the challenges she has faced in her life due to her circumstance, we ended up getting denied due to some old medical collections that she was able to completely pay off after I helped her work the situation out. Absolutely pitiful decision making process with this company.

I have been a resident for the past 2 years now and just renewed my lease again. They do a great job of maintaining the property, and the staff are always pleasant. I have had to request maintenance on two separate occasions and both were successfully handled in a very timely manner. The other residents of my building are all quiet and courteous as well.

Office staff were very friendly, helpful, and responsive. Renter portal is easy to use and the Updater tool was useful in completing pre-move tasks. Apartments are clean and maintenance seems to be accessible and responsive. Would recommend.

The management here at Princeton at Mill Pond has made us feel welcome from the very beginning. Any questions we have or concerns that arise, they have gone above and beyond to inform us and have been very expedient no matter the occasion. Coming all the way from Texas to New Hampshire is a huge move and we are feeling right at home. Thank you.
