This has really been on my mind for awhile now. First off I have lived here for over two years the community is gorgeous yes and I love the fact that it was newer but it is not as it seems the dog waste is out of control even after the original office staff attempts to make sure people with pets would be accountable for it at this moment there is dog waste on the second floor from someone stepping in it. It’s out of control and no one cares and speaking of that any issues I had here which in the last year a neighbor complaining about the noise (footsteps ect) they act like they cared in the office yet I had to hunt them down repeatedly for help even after being told they help me which I agreed to be relocated from my neighbor even though he was complaining they never contacted me I still w
My apartment itself is clean and I’ve had no issues with it . However, the complex itself is a different story. There is constant dog waste near the stairs of my building and we’ve said something about it countless times. Outside my building smells like waste because if it . The outside of my apartment looks visibibly dirty , bugs everywhere and etc. There are spider webs outside my door and I can’t walk down my stairs without running into a web. When it snowed ,I’ve been plowed and blocked into my garage and it took a week to have someone address it . The final straw for us was the drastic rent increase that they wanted us to pay . This is not worth the money and this isn’t a “Luxury” experience . I can confirm what other residents are saying . They take forever to address issues , if at
I’ve lived here now, for 3 months now and I really feel like I’m home. The staff were really helpful getting me settled into my brand new 2-bedroom apartment. I was told that I should let them know if I needed anything. They responded quickly and efficiently. The rent seems high initially, but there’s trash collection, swimming pool, exercise gym, dog park, and a club house (can be used by tenants free) all included. I feel the staffing changes have stabilized now, and enjoy being here.
Nice, quiet place and excellent maintenance staff, but poor communication from management. We only get notices about pest control and AC filter changes (which is nice), but not about anything else. For example, the water charge went up this last time with no notice. So if you have autopay and don't go into the portal (because that's why you have autopay--so you don't have to go into the portal), you will end up underpaying and then be late for the additional amount you were never informed of. Also, we only got one email notice for the first water bill, but never one after that. So bare minimum to poor communication. Probably due to frequent change over of management. They have what seems to be an AI service that asks you how things are via text, but when you report a problem, you'll be
I would strongly advise against living here. We lived in this complex for a year and unfortunately had a very poor experience. When we moved into what was supposed to be a brand-new apartment, several appliances were not working—including the dishwasher, dryer, ice maker, and even the shower. It took nearly a month for management to resolve these basic issues. Throughout our time there, maintenance requests were consistently delayed—often taking over a week just to receive a response. The property claims to have security cameras, but they proved to be unreliable. During a visit, my mom’s car was hit right in front of a camera, but when we asked for footage, we were told the camera wasn’t working. The most serious issue occurred when our dog was attacked by another dog. While my husband
