I reached out to Adam about a listing I was genuinely interested in. He told me the property was under contract and essentially unavailable. That seemed reasonable—until I noticed the same property sitting empty for more than six months, still listed for lease. No updates, no follow-up. As someone from out of town, I can’t help but wonder if my area code had something to do with the lack of engagement. Regardless, this felt dismissive and unprofessional. Communication is key in real estate, and that simply didn’t happen here. I wouldn’t recommend working with someone who selectively decides who is “worth” responding to. If you’re looking for a proactive, ethical agent—keep looking.
