Horrible communication and very unprofessional. Had us spend over 100$ to apply for this home for my family just for them to give it to someone else after they gave us their word they would hold it for us. Then we had to find out from Zillow that the house wasnt listed anymore because Donna won’t give you the time of day to answer text messages or calls. Let alone a voicemail. We had the money for them a week before we said we would and we just saw the house last week. (Since I can’t respond to your comment I’ll write it here) You want the full story I got you. We came and saw the house. Said we liked it and that we wanted the house. You then said you’d work with us but would continue showing the house til October 3rd. But that you all would rent to us. Horrible experience. Just to follow up on Travis Schneiders review and to back up the horrible communication. We did have the money to put on the deposit, we explained to her we needed to give our landlord 30 day notice and pay off to break the lease, we were looking to break the lease to due high electric bills due to a faulty unit. Told Donna based on that we would have the deposit on 10/03 so we could give the full deposit and rent at once. We messaged her 2 days later asking her what the preferred method of payment would be for the landlord, no response, 5 hours later i messaged her again, saying we wanted to give the money sooner, we could have given it her that same day, had she replied but again, all we heard was crickets. She finally took 2 seconds to reply after my second message

It was truly a lovely experience working with Donna for almost 8 years. First as our property manager and then as our selling agent. Her attention to detail and willingness to always go over and beyond to help with whatever is thrown her way is greatly appreciated. I couldn't recommend her enough!

Donna did an amazing job selling my mother's house. Not only was she dealing with a reverse mortgage but a short sale too! I am so impressed with her persistent and successful work dealing with bureaucracy and banks, and because of her hard work, she got approval for the short sale and we now have a new family in my mothers old house.
