Persistent CIGARETTE SMELL wafts into our apartment due to the landlord and their reps not enforcing the no smoking clause of their lease. our down stairs neighbor smokes IN their apartment and we have to suffer because management here seems to allow it. Some days the smell is so strong that it wakes us up from sleep. This is a health hazard as well as a lease violation that they don't want to deal with professionally. Very disappointed and unprofessional.

I've lived here since 2010 as a single woman with a dog to now with my husband and a dog! Legow Management has always been great! Apartment Managers, George & Doris, are the best of the best! I've always felt safe in this beautifully kept complex!! They both work very hard & are extremely attentive to everything!!!! My apartment has the newest of the new appliances! Absolutely gorgeous! Been through a lot in the past 12 years here & whenever I think about moving I think... why??? This place is the best! And George & Doris make it the best!!! Have I said that George & Doris are the best!!!!!

I've been here almost a year and cannot say enough positive things about this complex. Doris and George are THE BEST and go out of their way to make sure I feel safe and at home here. They need a serious pay raise! The grounds are always well taken care of, the sidewalks are cleared quickly when it snows, and maintenance requests are fixed promptly. I would highly recommend living here.

I have lived there for ten years. Never had a problem with Management. The Superintends takes care of the place like they owned it. It is a safe place, In winter they make every effort to get you to work when it snows. I had to move for medical reasons.

I would be very careful with this place. They will tell you one thing and do another. They will rob you for your money. Read the fine print because what they say and do are two different things. If you put in an application be prepared to loose your money. They say you have 7 days to either sign or get your money back this is not true. Once you sign the application and you decide you dont want it they will keep all your money. BE CAREFUL..... I give no stars for being greedy lying thieves.
