If I were to show a definition of the word nepotism, it would be a picture of this building. There is no way anyone there got a degree legitimately. I ended my lease in December 2023 and found out September of 2025 that they had sent my information to a debt collection agency. I started calling immediately, confused as to why my information was being sent. I got a hold of somebody in early October who told me to send the information over and I never heard from them again. I continued to call to attempt to get this issue resolved. In November 2025 I got a hold of someone and sent an email to them. After not hearing anything back I continued to call. I finally got ahold of Avi, the accountant, on December 4, 2025 who in two minutes found out that it had been a credit because the other person

where to even begin with this place? the management company that owns and operates the property doesn't care about maintenance or upkeep and treats everyone living here like a source of passive income. the only time that isn't the case is during an emergency, and even then the response is shockingly lacklustre (presumably just enough to avoid a lawsuit). every winter, pipes burst in different parts of the complex because they don't run the heat consistently enough to allow the lines to thaw properly. the basement, last i saw it, was a mildew and cobweb infested mess, replete with water damage, mold, debris, and deteriorating construction. the broken windows have since been boarded up so it's hard to say if it's being dealt with or not. the renovations they did to the rooms are so cheaply d

Someone named Jon Hindley is contacting me via Craigslist (I posted an ad looking for a rental) claiming to be the owner and management. Giving unclear information and asking me to pay an application fee of $70 BEFORE I even tour the place. Not answering my questions. If you are contacted by this person do not fall for it or send any money. Posting this to make others aware of a potential scam. Attached photos.

Personally, I'd be very wary of these apartments based on interactions with the realtors that run them. For example, I had a showing canceled just minutes before, and, I had a follow up showing that ended in a no show/no call. Extremely unprofessional.

Moved in some time ago and am very pleased with my unit. The move in was easy and smooth and the property is pleasant and well maintained. Management is attentive to any issues I may have and respond quickly, would highly recommend.
