If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The doorman is completely unfriendly and unhelpful. It was windy, freezing cold outside, and my fingers were turning blue and not to mention I am currently pregnant and I had the door slammed in my face. Where is his humanity? Aside from that encounter, I watched whilst waiting for my husband to come pick me up, as he sat on his phone seemingly uninterested in his job most of the time. I recommend replacing this man with someone with a bit more integrity and interest in his job or at least give this guy some more training. If you want privacy, this isn’t the place as he is the most judgemental person I’ve met in my life.

Security doesn't know enough of DCs laws and will likely oc spray people who are standing in a no parking zone.
