There was absolutely nothing done fixed and or replaced. I requested a new refrigerator for my aunt a year ago . I continue to request/ ask and still nothing has been done. I continue to get unlimited excuses and "I don't know when it will be replaced" responses. It has gotten to the point where I had to purchase a cooler and bags of ice just to keep basic food items from freezing. Each month there is a purchase of $120 to $130 of food items that is purchased. As a result these items have to be thrown out because the refrigerator constantly freezes these food items. I have also asked for another key fob due to fact that the intercom/buzzer has not worked since my aunt moved into this apartment unit in September of 2019. Again another excuse is given . This time the excuse is "I

Infested with roaches . Mice biting through walls . Imagine renting and not being able to even get in your complex because they ignore the fact that the gate by your apartment is broke . They will evict someone know that the unit is infested like crazy not notify the neighbor and all the roaches and bugs come to your unit .

Lots of graffiti, the property is not maintained or repaired and it is quite unfair to residents. One gentleman yells at pedestrians imploring them for cigarettes from his patio at all hours of the night. Really odd stuff. The drivers from their parking lot tend to speed when entering and exiting, which is not that great either...
