I just moved in, so I havnt had much experience with this place to give it 5 stars yet. However the place is nice, depending on who the previous tenants were. I was lucky enough to have had a previous tenant who took well care of the unit for a decade. I do wish that the apartment could've had a little more TLC upon move in. I moved in the very next day the previous tenant moved out, so I spent the first day deep cleaning and sanitizing (personal preference, not that the place was visibly dirty.) The painter had come on the day I was cleaning because there was no gap time between the last tenants move out, and my move in, so when it came time to moving things in/cleaning, we had to be careful of the walls.
