We had pepco install stone skirting around our manufactured home the summer of 2024, it is now late February and we haven’t had one mouse in the house, it was definitely money well spent, we also found the management and the crew easy to work with.

This company is honest, hardworking and really cares for you. I'm thankful they got property ready for new home and all the work they did before and after. I highly recommend them. They are on top of all your needs to get you moved back in. I'm really thankful. They went above and beyond there job. If I had packages delivered they made sure they got put into my home. I can't tell you enough, they are great. A true blessing.

I wasted a day to go up north and meet the contractor go through everything exactly what I wanted and not to hear back one single time. No phone call no email. Thanks for wasting my day.

we asked for more detail to be added to contract, he got upset, after we signed contract he wanted more money two days later, after job was finished we asked about our concrete he had waves in it cracks, uneven , looks terriable, their response was its concrete, the son has bad attitude , their work turned out really poor. he wont look you in the eye, not a people person at all. but ya after it was done it was too late to ask around, but we were given same stories of poor workmanship from this company

John was great to work with he got things done and always answered the phone from start to finish. Quality work and came in under estimate.
